At Norrah.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re confident you’ll love our luxury products, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your unopened product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — no hassle, no stress.


✅ How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

     

  2. Provide your Order Number and the reason for your return.

  3. We’ll send you a return shipping label.

  4. Securely pack the product in its original, unopened packaging and ship it back.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


⚠️ Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used bottles

  • Products with missing parts or packaging

  • Damaged items not caused during shipping

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance


💳 How Refunds Are Issued

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.

  • Payments made by credit/debit card will be refunded to the same account.

  • If paid through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, we’ll confirm your account details before processing the refund.
